The mission of the Noelle S. Gunder Memorial Scholarship is to transform loss into purpose by investing in future Special Education teachers at Maryland HBCUs. In memory of Noelle, a young woman with special needs whose life impacted many, this scholarship supports students committed to uplifting and advocating for exceptional learners.
